1. Acceptance and Scope
By creating an account or using JobMatch, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
JobMatch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
2. Account and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions performed through your account.
JobMatch may suspend access when misuse, fraud indicators, or policy violations are detected. Accounts can only be reinstated after internal review.
3. Allowed Use
You may use JobMatch only for lawful recruitment and job search activities.
You must not publish false information, impersonate others, harass other users, or upload content without rights.
4. Matching and Recommendations
JobMatch provides scoring and recommendations to support decisions, but final hiring decisions remain the user's responsibility.
Platform insights do not constitute legal, financial, or employment guarantees.
5. Suspension and Termination
JobMatch may suspend users, companies, or job postings for critical violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
Accounts can be reinstated only after internal review and policy compliance.
